By downloading, installing, or using Shipped (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Shipped is a desktop application that helps job seekers by:
- Tailoring resumes to specific job descriptions using AI
- Generating portfolio projects with real code, tests, and commit history
- Discovering and filtering job listings
- Auto-filling and submitting job applications through browser automation
- Tracking application status across multiple platforms
2. Account Registration
You must create an account using Google or GitHub authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Subscription Plans
Free Plan
Includes limited access to resume tailoring, job search, and application tracking with usage caps.
Pro Plan ($29/month)
Includes expanded usage limits for resume tailoring, project generation, and auto-apply features.
Max Plan ($99/month)

Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
4. Auto-Apply and Browser Automation
The auto-apply feature uses browser automation to submit job applications on your behalf. By enabling this feature, you acknowledge that:
- Applications are submitted using your real identity and credentials
- You are responsible for reviewing application content before submission (unless full automation is enabled)
- Shipped acts as your agent — applications are submitted as if you submitted them yourself
- Some job platforms may restrict automated submissions — you accept any consequences
- You should review auto-applied applications regularly to ensure accuracy
5. Generated Content and IP
Resume Content
AI-tailored resume content is generated from your original profile data. You own all resume content produced by the Service.
Portfolio Projects
Generated portfolio projects (code, tests, README files) are pushed to your personal GitHub account. You own all generated code. Shipped retains no rights to projects created for you.
Originality
Generated projects are created using AI and may contain common patterns, library usage, or code structures found in public repositories. Projects are intended to demonstrate your technical capabilities to potential employers. You are responsible for reviewing generated code before presenting it.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to apply to jobs you are not qualified for or have no intent to pursue
- Submit fraudulent, misleading, or false information in applications
- Use the Service to spam employers or job platforms
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the application
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or attempt to circumvent rate limiting
7. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including GitHub, Gmail, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, and others. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. Shipped is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Credential Storage
When you provide credentials for job platforms (e.g., Workday passwords), they are encrypted at rest and used solely to submit applications on your behalf. You may delete stored credentials at any time through the Settings page.
